Handpicked grapes were traditionally fermented in open top vats with daily hand plunging Bright crimson red in colour. Aromas of plum and berries, leading into savoury leather and hints of cinnamon. A palate of sweet juicy berries and peach, hints of violets, fine tannins with a touch of vanilla.
