Three Pinot Noir clones (115, 667 and 777) were handpicked, and then gentle destemmed and crushed. The fruit spent two days macerating to help extract colour and aromatics. The grapes were then pressed and fermented under cool temperatures. The wine has delicate purple hue. Fragrant with hibiscus, strawberries and cream, this is a juicy, lively, summer’s day rosé.
